The Bombay Room accommodates both executive needs and social activities for up to 40 people, but is currently subject to Covid-19 guidelines. Please call the Hotel to learn more about current restrictions. The room is available from 11:00am-10:00pm. The rate is $350 plus tax for a minimum of three hours. Each additional hour is $100 plus tax. We will allow you access to the room one half hour before the event starts to set up and one half hour after your end time for clean up, free of charge. Guests are welcome to bring their own food or arrange for a caterer. Guests may re-arrange the room, but we ask that it be returned to the state in which you found it. In addition, guests can bring their own decorations as long as the wallpaper is not damaged. Recommended caterers include: Chestnut Grill and Paris Bistro. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
