Yes, we have free onsite parking, which is located behind the Hotel, just off East Southampton Avenue. You will receive a parking ticket to put in your car upon check in.

When you make a reservation over the phone, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you if you give the Hotel your email address.
Will you allow rollaways?
An additional $25 is added per rollaway per night.
Do you charge extra for more than two adults in a room?
$25 is added for the third adult and another $25 is added for the fourth adult.
Will you allow cribs?
Yes, a crib is available upon request and is free of charge.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
You must cancel by 2PM Eastern Standard Time 24 prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax. On certain reservations, a special cancellation policy may apply. If your room booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
Is my ID/Passport required at check in?
Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required to check-in.
What age do kids stay for free?
Kids 17 and under stay for free when accompanying an adult.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes. Connecting rooms must be requested, but are not guaranteed.

Yes. If the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in, an early departure fee of up to 1 night’s room and tax is charged if the change is not made prior to 2PM the day before check out.

Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed, but pets are not. There are no restrictions to the type or size of dog. We will ask you to sign a waiver at check-in stating that you are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. We will also ask for your cell-phone number in the event you are out and your pet is causing a disturbance to the other guests of the hotel.

The two closest parks are Buckley Park and Pastorius Park. Fairmount Park is located just 5 minutes away via car and is a great park to take your pet for a walk or hike in the woods.

The Hotel does not offer these services, but we are happy to deliver any of these items to the room if delivered by an outside vendor.
