RESERVATIONS

The Chestnut Hill Hotel experiences a high volume of business all year. In view of this, we strongly recommend that you book with us well in advance. Please check for availability by phone, 215-242-5905 or 800-628-9744, or e-mail us at frontdesk@chestnuthillhotel.com. We require a credit card number at the time of booking and welcome the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


RATES

Rates vary seasonally. We will be happy to quote you the best available rate for the dates you require. Special corporate, government, weekend and group rates are available. All rates include continental breakfast, on-site parking, and Wifi. Call to inquire about the tax rate.


CANCELLATIONS

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 2:00pm EST on the business day prior to your intended arrival to avoid the cancellation penalty equal to your first night’s stay plus tax. On certain reservations, a special cancellation policy may apply.


ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

You may check into your room starting at 3:00pm. Should you arrive earlier, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until your accommodation is ready. While the Hotel does not guarantee early check-ins, we will do our best to accommodate our guests’ requests. On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room no later than 11:00am. The Hotel is happy to store your luggage if necessary.


NON-SMOKING

A spirit of gracious hospitality prevails at the Chestnut Hill Hotel. Our hotel guest rooms, public areas, and restaurants are 100% non-smoking for our guests’ comfort. A $250 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking in the guest rooms.
